What We’ve Been Up To
The yacht sales market is always active in springtime, but this year it’s one for the books! We have seen record sales in both brokerage and new boat orders during what we thought would be a sluggish time due to world-wide issues. It turns out that boats are more important than ever right now, and we get it! With a long stretch of perfect weather and less restrictions than a lot of other areas, local boating has helped all of us at Ashley Yachts get through these unusual times.
After an earlier than expected return home from a Bahamas trip, broker Chip Hunt enjoyed perfect wind on a beautiful April day in Charleston Harbor with his wife aboard their cutter-rigged Hans Christian.
