The accommodation on this yacht is spacious and extremely comfortable. There is a total of four cabins which can accommodate 8 adults. The forward cabin is large and has a V Berth which will comfortably sleep two adults. As one enters the forward cabin to starboard is a vanity with drawers, sink with hot and cold water, and louvered lockers. To port is a hanging locker with a louvered door for ventilation. There is also a Hella fan, as well as an A/C vent. There are three drawers in the berth itself, and a folding step on the starboard side.
Just aft of the forward cabin to port is a cabin with two single berths, one above the other. The lower berth is a pullout pullman. There is a full length mirror on the aft bulkhead in the cabin, and a hanging locker on the forward bulkhead. There is also a locker for even more storage at the foot of each berth. There is an A/C vent in this cabin. Directly opposite this cabin is a beautifully appointed head and shower.
Moving aft past the galley are the aft double cabin and the main cabin. There are two single berths in a cabin to starboard forward of the main aft cabin, with it''s own head. There is also a desk with drawers. This cabin is being used by the owner as an office and for storage of charts and a few miscellaneous items. The main cabin is a centerline queen berth with a very spacious and nautical feel about it. The volume of storage in this cabin is tremendous, including 3 hanging lockers alongside the starboard side of the cabin. There is a large drawer in the front of the berth, as well as drawers on the side. There is also a full length mirror in this cabin. The head and shower for this cabin are en-suite, and the shower is separate with molded seating.

As one comes down the companionway one is struck by the spacious salon that opens up. The U shaped settee is to port, forward of the galley area. The beautiful salon table has two leaves the open up, as well as storage. To starboard is the bar area and flat Screen TV. The doors that open in the cabinets have rattan to allow for ventilation. The upper middle section opens up the bar, which includes hanging strips for glasses. The area is lit when the doors are opened. There is a DVD player just to the right of the bar.
Immediately to starboard of the companionway is the navigation station. It is a full size nav station with a lifting desk top. The galley is situated to port, with a 3 compartment stainless steel sink facing forward. Moving outboard is a storage locker for dry goods which is flush with the galley counter top. There is a Stainless Steel bar that adds storage against the back, above which are three large lockers. There are also three drawers below the counter top. There are opening doors under the sinks which allow access to plumbing, as well as providing additional storage. Moving aft is the gimbaled 3 burner Princess propane stove and oven. Made of Stainless Steel, these ranges have proven to be durable and reliable, even under the most arduous of conditions. Directly above that is a SS Sharp Carousel Convection microwave oven. Between the range and the bulkhead is a top loading freezer, above which are two additional lockers. There is a small wine rack between the side of the locker and the bulkhead. Just behind that is a front loading two compartment refrigerator. Opposite the galley is additional counter top space and storage below the counter top. All surfaces in the galley have lighting over them.There is also overhead lighting that is recessed, as well as numerous opening portholes. There is a vent from the A/C blowing across the galley, as well as a Hella fan. There is a total of five 12 Hella fans throughout the boat.

The electronics on this boat are complete and will assist in reaching one''s destination safely and comfortably. There is redundancy in the event of failure, and one may navigate from both below or above at the helm.
The nav station has the Icom SSB, as well as an Apelco VHF. There is an Autohelm multi repeater, and the RC72 Radar allows one to access all the Raymarine instruments, including the chart plotter. The color instruments allow for chart overlay, and MARPA.
There are 3 Navpods on the helm, which contain the Chartplotter, wind instrument, Autopilot, Tridata, bowthruster controls, and Icom VHF.

The systems for power on this vessel are complete and have been configured for ease and comfort by a knowledgeable owner. There is a 12 Kilowatt generator which provides A/C power when not at a dock, as well as a substantial battery bank to run the 12 volt DC systems. There is a Freedom Inverter charger which provides A/C power through the batteries, as well as a 100 Amp alternator on the main engine. A/C power is brought to the boat off the dock via an umbilical, either a 50 Amp cable or two 30 Amp cables. There are connections for the cables both to port and to starboard, each of which is protected by breakers. There is a dedicated AGM battery for the engine and generator, and the system is monitored by a Link 2000 R monitor.

The center cockpit configuration not only offers comfortable accommodation below, but also gives one additional usable space above decks. The aft lockers provide additional storage, and the port locker serves as a propane locker. There is a stainless steel folding boarding ladder on the stern rail. On the starboard pushpit are two outboard mounts, with the two outboards. On the port pushpit is the GPS antenna, Lifesling, and a Fortress anchor. The backstay is isolated for the SSB,and there are running backstays which may be operated by one person. There is a magnificent custom designed and built boarding ladder which attaches port or starboard amidships for easy boarding, even for the most timid of guests.There is one of the 9.5 ft dinghy''s mounted securely above the aft cabin, under the boom behind the cockpit. The side decks are wide and easily traversed, and the lifelines are at a comfortable height for safety. There is a prism on the aft deck to allow extra light in, as well as two Stainless Steel dorades for ventilation. The dorades have SS guards. There are three hatches on the aft deck, and two SS portholes on each side of the cabin top of the aft deck.
The foredeck is large enough to store the second dinghy, and has numerous hatches and portholes for light and ventilation. The decks are wide enough to move around, even in a seaway. There are two additional SS dorades with guards, and further forward are two more prisms for light. At the bow there is an Ideal windlass with electrical foot controls, as well as controls at the helm. There is a Forespar Leisure Furl in-boom furling for the fully battened main, and both the Genoa and Staysail are on Profurl systems. The ground tackle includes (1) Bruce 50K; (1) Plow 30K; (1) CQR 30K; (1) Fortress FX-85; 400 ft. High test chain; 200 ft. High test chain with 200 ft. Nylon line, several other nylon rode and lines for going ashore.There is a Winslow 60SL0-B-3-400 life raft.

The Perkins diesel has been maintained to the highest standard and has proven to be extremely reliable. The engine room is walkaround under the cockpit sole. There is also a fuel manifold system, as well as many of the other pumps and systems. There are Kidde CO2 automatic extinguishing systems for the engine room and generator compartment. The entire front area opens up completely allowing free and easy access to everything.
The generator is housed under the sole just in front of the engine room, and is very easily accessed.
